 The Project Manager will actively manage crews of self-performing heavy industrial trades such as millwrights, ironworkers and riggers as well as manage and direct subcontractors engaged in heavy industrial and process work.   Project types include small to medium industrial related projects including automotive manufacturing facilities, primary metals and industrial process facilities; power generation and utility projects.

Walbridge is looking for Superintendents that know how to and love to build!  Schedule, coordinate and supervise Electrical craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups, including electricians, plumbers, sheet metal workers, and similar within the construction industry. This position is job site assigned. The Opportunity   We have an exciting opportunity for a Hyper-Scale Project Director of Data Center Construction who will lead and manage large-scale and complex data center projects. This includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle from feasibility, design, construction, and completion. The role requires developing and implementing project strategies, plans, and large-scale budgets. The Project Director is responsible for assembling project delivery teams with the requisite qualifications and experience and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects. 

Scheduling Engineers develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large or complex projects, inclusive of design, procurement, construction, close-out, equipment installation, and commissioning activities. They must understand and apply terminology, concepts, and develop relationships with all stakeholders (owners, general, AE, subcontractors and suppliers). They monitor and document construction progress, create cost and resource-loaded schedules, analyze impacts and generate corrective actions to mitigate/avoid overruns.
