High visibility role as lead field superintendent on 30M+ projects that will direct and coach those that schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities. May involve leading the supervising team of one or more trade groups (electricians, boilermakers, carpenters, etc.) working in particular construction discipline (civil, structural, electrical). Must clearly develop and communicate job progress, future risks and mitigating measures to clients, team members, etc.
