Responsibilities

Sr. Project Managers have extensive project management experience, and have completed more complex, demanding or larger-value projects of various types. They manage all project administrative and technical requirements for one or more projects from startup through closeout, including scope and change management, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety, cost and progress monitoring, management and reporting. They are familiar with various types of commercial in the industrial, commercial or industrial process markets. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related program is preferred; or equivalent professional training and experience with high school diploma. 

• Minimum of fifteen years of experience and knowledge of related building, commercial and or industrial construction experiences.

• Held positions of Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager for 10+ years.

• Must have been the lead on several projects with managed contract values of 75M+.

• Must have a customer service / performance focus.

• Strong computer skills and knowledge of industry construction methodologies and processes.

• Ability to communicate ideas effectively to inspire and lead the project team.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems on job-site and spot potential deficiencies or problems before they become major issues.

• Ability to travel.
