    Responsible for new employee onboarding and orientation, career development programs, and performance management, this individual advises and coaches others on leading best practices.  A passion for people, innovation and continuous learning is essential to thrive in this role.

    • Facilitate new employee onboarding & orientation programs, proactively engaging managers to develop and grow talent.
    • Manage the Internship program to attract top entry-level talent. Assist with recruiting fairs, selection & hiring. Leads all program planning, coordination & execution.
    • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of talent programs.
    • Coach employees and managers to create impactful Individual Development Plans (IDP’s).
    • Collaborate with the corporate training group to develop and facilitate professional development, workplace and compliance courses.
    • Administer the SuccessFactors talent management system.


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of three years of related professional work experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Savvy with technology and software applications
