    Coordinates various functions of the WIIL Department that support seamless interactions of new initiatives and revisions to current programs.  Includes involvement with Walbridge’s Quality Management System and compliance with ISO 9001 Guidelines.  The Program Administrator is responsible for collection and organization of data for detailed analysis and Executive review.

    Responsibilities

    Assist the Corporate Quality Manager maintain Walbridge’s ISO 9001 Certification Quality Manual

    • Ensure accuracy and facilitate necessary revisions to Procedures and Controlled Documents.  
    • Maintain department records in the Company’s Information Database

    Assist with the Internal/External Audit Process

    • Prepare and participate in yearly External Audits for ISO Re-Certification.
    • Maintain Internal Auditors database and WIIL SharePoint Site

     

    Support ISO Certification for Devon Industrial Group, an entity of the Walbridge Enterprise (as needed)

    • Review Quality Manual revisions prior to publication
    • Participant at Quality Management Meetings, including External Surveillance Audits

     

    WCII Librarian/Lessons Learned

    • Manage [track, update and communicate] the Lesson Learned database
    • Review, edit, pursue approval and publish new Lessons Learned (monthly)

                  Manage WCII database-coach department WCII librarians as needed

     

    Walbridge Innovation Network

    • Engage with WIIL Team to develop programming that will promote a culture of innovation
    • Develop and manage an interactive SharePoint to support innovation programming
    • Coordinate WIN Lab events with external parties (e.g. customers)
    • Subject Matter Expert in WIN Lab technology-support user needs

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent training and experience required; 4 year degree is advantageous.
    • 3 years of similar work experience [Administrative/Systems Support]
    • Requires strong verbal, written (communication skills) and organizational skills.
    • Requires the ability to work in a Team atmosphere
    • Requires proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint
