    The Sr. Talent Development Specialist will be a key player in championing the Enterprise effort to develop and engage our best and brightest talent.

    This person will create and implement an industry-leading career development program, which integrates career paths, competencies, skills and various tools across the talent spectrum – from hiring, onboarding, learning & development, performance and succession. Collaborating with leaders, SME’s and HR professionals, this person will create solutions to grow talent across the Enterprise.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner with senior leaders and teams to implement employee development programs, including career development, mentoring, leadership development, and more.
    • Collaborate with the talent development team and Subject Matter Experts to design & develop engaging learning programs.
    • Facilitate the new employee orientation and onboarding experiences, providing support for managers to engage and retain new talent.
    • Coach employees and managers on individual and career development.
    • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
    • Assist with the administration of the SuccessFactors talent management system.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
    • Five years of related professional work experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Savvy with innovative technologies and software applications
