The Talent Development Manager will be a key player in championing the Enterprise effort to develop and engage our best and brightest talent.
This person will create and implement an industry-leading career development program, which integrates career paths, competencies, skills and various tools for use across the talent spectrum – from hiring, onboarding, learning, leadership development, performance management and promotions. Collaborating with leaders, SME’s and HR professionals, this person will identify training needs and create strategic solutions to grow talent across the entire Enterprise.
