    The Talent Development Manager will be a key player in championing the Enterprise effort to develop and engage our best and brightest talent.

    This person will create and implement an industry-leading career development program, which integrates career paths, competencies, skills and various tools for use across the talent spectrum – from hiring, onboarding, learning, leadership development, performance management and promotions. Collaborating with leaders, SME’s and HR professionals, this person will identify training needs and create strategic solutions to grow talent across the entire Enterprise.

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with senior leaders and teams to implement employee development strategies, including talent systems, career development, mentoring, leadership development, and more.
    • Develops and utilizes processes and tools to evaluate competencies, identifies learning needs to improve operational readiness and employee retention.  
    • Collaborates with the talent development team and Subject Matter Experts to design & develop engaging learning programs.
    • Oversees the new employee orientation and onboarding experiences, providing professional support to engage and retain new talent.
    • Coaches employees and managers on individual and career development plans.
    • Measures, analyzes and improves the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
    • Oversees the administration of the SuccessFactors talent management system.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
    • Five years of related professional work experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Savvy with innovative technologies and software applications

    • Instructional design – understands adult learning methods and design principles to create effective training materials
    • Speaking skills – clearly presents on a variety of talent-related topics
    • Writing skills – synthesizes findings and publishes written reports and training materials
    • Organizational skills – strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
