Administrative Coordinator working in the corporate law department. Job position assists the lawyers in their support of the company and construction projects in the United States and internationally.

  • Working with the in-house legal department supporting corporate initiatives and construction projects throughout the United States and around the world.
  • Assist in the formation of corporate entities, including state filings and securing FEINs.
  • Updating contract templates for new construction projects.
  • Assisting in the preparation and finalization of contract forms and amendments to contracts.
  • Generating standard communications regarding status of contract and insurance requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of supporting documentation necessary for a variety of business visas, non-immigrant and immigrant employment related applications.
  • Tracking and cataloguing non-disclosure / confidentiality agreements and other internal documentation.
  • Scheduling/Attending meetings and updating status reports generated at such meetings.
  • Assist in the maintenance of legal department SharePoint site.
  • Coding and tracking expenditures with outside law firms.
  • Other duties as assigned by others.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, interface with different corporate departments and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time is critical.


  • 4 years of experience in a business environment, education or government.
  • 2+ years of related expereince in a legal function
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader and Writer.
  • Capable and willing to learning internal business software and databases, including SharePoint and CMIC.
  • Able to read and generally understand contract documents.
  • Good writing and communicating skills.
