The Field Operations Manager is the leader responsible for the administrative oversight of all Equipment Installation direct hire union field supervision and craft. This involves managing, assigning, developing, appraising, and finding new/additional self-perform resources to ensure the success of the projects assigned; and holding them accountable to follow corporate policies and procedures. This include hiring, firing, and discipline as necessary. Project success is defined as safe, quality built, on-time, on-budget and with client satisfaction.
