The Marketing Analyst coordinates and produces proposals, qualifications and presentation materials including information pieces and various other marketing related activities with an emphasis on positioning and strategy.  Employs excellent writing and editing skills to produce professional quality collateral materials.

  • Preparation, draft and final production (printing, binding and assembling) of qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Lead and other company marketing personnel.
  • Develop reports and proposal information based on information from various databases.
  • Coordinate and attend local and in state tradeshows with overnight stays.
  • Maintain and track association memberships, events calendar and process associated invoices.
  • Customer survey coordination and submissions.
  • Create and update project sheets, resumes.
  • Schedule employee professional photographic shots and gather experience lists from company database.


  • Preferred four-year degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related degree; or minimum of 7 years of experience and professional training
  • At least 3 years’ of marketing or related experience required.   Experience within the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering or Construction) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Graphic Software including Adobe Creative Suite, In Design and Acrobat is preferred.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Requires excellent skills in planning and organizing, writing, proofreading and editing.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with internal company or external team members.
  • Ability to multi task and meet aggressive deadlines and remain detail oriented.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively under high-pressure deadlines and with diverse personalities.
