    • Lead project drawing review for completeness and constructibility
    • Evaluate Subcontractors in accordance with Corporate Process
    • Assess collective and individual training needs for the Project Team
    • Establish and implement RFI processes, Drawing logs and Shop Drawing Logs
    • Establish and maintain an open issues (unresolved items) matrix. Be able to bring open issues to closure
    • Review, negotiate and approve extra work quotations from Subcontractors; Prepare and negotiate extra work quotations with Customers
    • Implement a process that goes from Outstanding Work lists through Punchlists, Owner Walk-thru’s and Training
    • Perform Employee Evaluations
    • Conduct pre-bid meetings, pre-award meetings and pre-construction meetings
    • Develop and implement the customer specific invoice process
    • Facilitate implementation of the subcontractor invoice / payment process


    • Minimum of 18-20 years’ experience in commercial or Industrial construction
    • Held position of PM / Senior PM for 10+ years
    • Must have been the lead on several projects with managed contract values of 75M+
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or construction-related discipline – or equivalent combination of training and experience.  
    • Customer service / performance focus
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of industry construction methodologies and processes
    • Ability to communicate ideas effectively, inspire, and lead the project team
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems on job-site and spot potential deficiencies or problems before they become major issues
    • Although current projects are local, future projects may require extensive travel
